The Challenge

The Outcome
Zero expired medicine incidents since system deployment. Inventory accuracy went from 78% to 99.2%. Monthly reconciliation time reduced from 5 days to 4 hours. Duplicate medicine purchasing across branches dropped by 85%, saving approximately ₹15 lakhs annually.
