5. Project Engagements

5.1 Proposals and Agreements

All project engagements are formalized through a project agreement or statement of work (SOW) that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision and change request procedures
• Acceptance criteria

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in the project agreement
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend work on delinquent accounts

5.3 Project Changes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Upon termination of a project engagement, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination in accordance with the project agreement.
